These policies help keep the space aligned, supportive, and respectful of both our time and energy.

Booking & Deposits

  • A $25 deposit is required to secure your spot and goes toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once, as long as it’s at least 24 hours in advance.

Guests & Children

  • Please let me know in advance if someone is coming with you.

  • For safety, no children under 8 years old, please.

Late Arrivals

  • If you’re running late, message me! I’ll do my best to accommodate, but arriving 15+ minutes late may shorten or forfeit your service depending on the schedule.

Communication

  • Please text or call 770-727-6547 with changes. DMs may not be seen in time and do not count as official notice.

Product Sales

  • All product sales are final, unless the product is defective.

Liability / Informed Consent

By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in spa/wellness services.

  • You understand the nature of the treatments and any potential risks.

  • You release the practitioner from any liability for adverse reactions, injuries, or other outcomes.

  • You have disclosed any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that could affect your service.

By booking an appointment, you consent to these policies and the services provided.
